Staying safe

Paying on the site is what gives you card-issuer protection. The most common card scam is a seller asking to be paid another way to “save fees.”

• Never pay with Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or PayPal Friends & Family for a card listed here.
• Messages that include emails, phone numbers or payment apps aren't sent.
• Check a graded card's cert number with the grading company.
• Report anyone who asks to move the sale off the site.
